Shipping Protection Add-On Terms and Conditions
By purchasing our Shipping Protection Add-On, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coverage
    •    The Shipping Protection Add-On is a low-cost, non-refundable service that covers your entire order against loss, theft, or damage that occurs during the shipping and transit process.
    •    This protection is provided directly by Friday Sock Co. and is not a contract with the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, FedEx, UPS).

2. Filing a Claim
    •    Time Limit: All claims must be reported to Friday Sock Co. within 7 calendar days of the package being marked as delivered (for theft/damage) or within 14 calendar days of the expected delivery date (for loss).
    •    Reporting: To file a claim, please contact our support team at customerservice@fridaysocks.com
    •    You must provide your Order Number and a clear description of the issue (e.g., "Package was marked delivered but not received," "Item arrived broken").
    •    For damaged items, photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the packaging is required.
    •    For stolen items (marked as delivered but missing), we may require a police report be filed with local law enforcement to process the claim.

3. Claim Resolution
    •    Once a claim is verified and approved by Friday Sock Co., we will offer a resolution, which will be one of the following :
    ◦    A replacement of the lost, stolen, or damaged item(s), shipped at no cost to you (subject to inventory availability).
    ◦    A full refund for the item(s) and the original shipping cost (if a replacement is not possible or requested by you).
    •    Claims are typically resolved within 5 business days of receiving all required documentation.

4. Exclusions (What is NOT Covered)
    •    Shipping Protection does not cover the following:
    ◦    Orders where the add-on was not purchased.
    ◦    Minor delays in transit (i.e., packages still in transit).
    ◦    Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to a customer error in providing the shipping address.
    ◦    Items damaged through customer misuse or post-delivery handling.
    ◦    The cost of the Shipping Protection add-on itself (it is non-refundable).
